PHILIP J. OROSCO
Principal
Philip is the founder and Managing Partner of the Pacshore companies. He focuses on new acquisitions and capital market transactions throughout the portfolio. During his 10 years at Maguire Properties Inc., Philip participated in over one million square feet of new Class-A office developments and 35 asset-level transactions totaling $4.8 billion. Upon the public offering of Maguire in 2003, he played a key role in the REIT's $3.0 billion of Western US property acquisitions through 2005. Philip then founded the predecessor to Pacshore in a joint venture with Gramercy Capital Corp and went on to create Pacshore Partners in 2012 . He holds a B.B.A. in finance from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas.
BRIAN V. ABBOTT

Portfolio Management
Brian manages the corporate operations of the various Pacshore entites including the leasing and development aspects of the investment portfolio. Brian previously managed Gramercy Capital Corp.’s (NYSE: GKK) Los Angeles office and was directly responsible for operational management of a portfolio of specially serviced loans and REO assets. Brian earned a B.A. in Economics from The University of California at Los Angeles and an MBA from the Marshall School of Business at The University of Southern California. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute, and is a licensed Real Estate Broker in California.
MICHAEL T. PRABHU

Operations
Michael oversees the asset level operations, property management and construction activities within the Pacshore portfolio. Michael previously headed US Property Management Operations for Cushman and Wakefield and brings over twenty years of experience in institutional real estate management. Michael’s prior positions include Managing Director of Property Management for Jones Lang LaSalle’s Southwest Region, Chief Operating Officer for The Staubach Company and as an Asset Manager for Maguire Properties REIT. Michael holds a BA in Political Science from the University of California at Davis. Michael also serves on the Advisory Board of BOMA Los Angeles.
